Hans-Peter Zimmer
Composite Repair Engineer
Hans started his career as an Aeronautics & Astronautics Engineer and transitioned his career to the wind industry as there are exciting new developments in this space. He has over 25 years in the industry and is passionate about fiber glass composites and efficiency of wind turbine blades. He is director of the education facility Blade Care Academy and has partnered with BladeTex to be an instructor and consultant.

Our vision is to be western Canada’s # 1 choice for wind turbine blade services. We will achieve this by upholding the Global Wind Organizations standards through rigorous training and mentorship. Our Industry leading engineer verifies all repairs to assure longevity and optimal function of our client’s infrastructure. Encompassing but never compromising the safety and lifestyle of our technicians.
We are based in Alberta, Canada and have a small team of specialized technicians. One of our many advantages is that we are part of a network of blade repair service techs located all over the world that share experiences with products and techniques to know what does and does not work in this growing industry.
